Exchange and Returns Policy

Our exchange and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange for a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In the case of a machine, it must be returned before the warranty is filed and the exchange must be for a step-up machine.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as opened items, used items, abused items, items older than 30 days from the date of purchase.

• Downloadable software products
• Final Clearance products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
